Plymouth will be represented at the UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF), which runs from 20 to 22 May 2025 in Leeds. The event is set to be a major platform for the Great South West region – including Plymouth – to present its ambitious investment opportunities, regional strengths, and future-focused strategic vision. Here’s what’s happening at the event, who’s attending, and why it matters.
What’s happening at UKREiiF 2025
The Great South West Pavilion (Purple Zone, Pavilion 23) will host a packed three-day programme of panel discussions, networking events, and launches, bringing together leading experts, investors, senior government officials, and business leaders. The session will explore the role of private investors in this growth programme, with speakers including Tracey Lee (CEO, Plymouth City Council), Brendan Staniforth (Babcock International), and Joe Wharton (Homes England).

- Showcasing major projects: Presenting nationally significant investment opportunities such as the Plymouth Freeport, Floating Offshore Wind in the Celtic Sea, and the Civic Centre redevelopment.
Plymouth’s role and ambition
